Rowe, Mercer & Hale LLP was built for one purpose: winning at trial. Founded by Eleanor Rowe — former Chief of the Complex Litigation Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Illinois — and later carried forward by Nancy Hale and Roxy Mercer, the firm opened its doors in the Loop because that is where the fights worth having are decided — at the Daley Center, in the Northern District of Illinois, and before the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.

We take on matters that other firms resolve before discovery closes.
